REVIEW: Bourjois Dark Khol Mascara & Mega Liner!

One of my favourite makeup brands on the
highstreet is back with some new launches, all about the eyes.  Eyeliner and mascara are must have staples in
my makeup routine so I was really excited to see these products.

Dark
Khol Mascara:

When I first pulled out the wand on this mascara I said out loud “Ohh,
this is unique”, to which Andrew, my boyfriend said “Looks like a torture
device!”.  After a giggle and a play around
with it I realized that it’s unique hourglass shape is a pretty good
invention.  The spikes on the tip are
good for adding mascara to the bottom lashes and the curved brush allows
product to be built up on the lashes, leaving them long and dark.

Mega
Liner:
For those that find creating a liquid
liner look difficult, this might be for you.
This pen liner has a slanted tip which means creating a flick is easy
and precise.  The pigment itself is an
intense black and lasts well throughout the day.!

The mascara retails for £7.99 and the Mega
Liner for £7.49 and they are in Superdrug & Boots stores now!

What’s your favourite highstreet mascara
& pen liner?

Great post, I always really struggle to find decent high street mascaras that don't give me the dreaded spider lash look!
I'm also a bit of a novice when it comes to pen liners, I usually stick with my maybelline gel liner and brush but this looks really quick and easy.

I haven't used a pen liner in ages! Next on my liquid list is the L'oreal super liner. My favourite drugstore mascara is Bourjois' extra volume clubbing one, it's got two stages, one for length and one for volume and together it's just perfect!

I got the liner recently for one of those 'get free if you spend over a certain amount' deals, but I really can't get used to it. I think it dries to a weird texture too quickly and its really hard to use!

I'm always looking for a good liquid liner! I was using Kat Von D tattoo liner, which was awesome, until it dried out within 2 weeks 🙁 I'll have to try this!

    thanks! xoxo

I love the packaging on the mascara! I haven't tried an hourglass wand yet, but I like the little ball at the tip, I had something similar on a mascara before and it was good for outer lashes.

The mega liner sounds great, I really want to try it now! <3

I love Bourjois, and they both look really good; but sadly the U.S. no longer sells it here.

I still have difficulties with creating the perfect eyeliner, so if I find this eyeliner in the stores I'll definitely check it out! I love the packaging by the way.

Used to be a diehard fan of Bourgeois Clubbing mascara! Switched to Maybelline Falsies and never looked back! The Falsies is one the best out, even beating lots of high end products, but I think I'll give this one a try now. 🙂

They certainly are different, but at least they are not too expensive.

these products look amazing and Bourjois is such an amazing brand so definitely giving these new products a go.
the mascara looks so curious with the shape and the liner looks amazing with the curved end, it would be quite interesting to test them 😀

my favourite mascara is Maybelline's Falsies and eyeliner is Collection felt tip, both drugstore so cheap and amazing <3 but maybe a change with these to is in hand 😀

love the tip of the eyeliner, specially if one is a gel eye liner user it makes it so much easier with an angled tip

Hi! I am using Maybelinne Hypercurl mascara. It's rare to see this shape of mascara. I would like to try this one! I hope it will work out well for me! I am not a fun of liner pens though but I hope it will work out for me as well! Thanks for the review…
